1. All bookings and reservations made through Strollby are subject to availability.
2. Strollby reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
3. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.

1. Prices displayed on Strollby include applicable taxes and fees, unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment for bookings must be made through the provided payment methods.
3. Any additional charges incurred during your travel, such as baggage fees or hotel incidentals, are your responsibility.

1. Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy set by the hotel at the time of booking.
2. Hotels may offer free cancellation up to a specific window (e.g., 24 or 48 hours before check-in).
3. Bookings marked as non-refundable are not eligible for any refunds under any circumstances.
4. No-shows and early check-outs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the hotel.
5. Refund Processing Timeline:
   • UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 2–5 business days
   • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank's processing time)
   • Third-party Payment Gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe): 5–10 business days
   • All refunds are credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
6. In the case of partial refunds (e.g., hotel cancellation charges), only the remaining amount will be refunded.
7. Strollby does not charge a service fee for cancellations unless stated explicitly during promotional bookings.
8. For flash deals or exclusive discounts, a nominal cancellation fee may apply (clearly disclosed during booking).
9. If your refund is delayed beyond the mentioned timeline, please contact our support team at support@strollby.com. Keep your Booking ID, transaction reference, and payment confirmation handy for quicker resolution.
10. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), refund policies may be revised temporarily in accordance with hotel and platform guidelines.
